All prices include Full English Breakfast, or Continental Breakfast if preferred. We are closed for the winter until 1st March 2017. Booking can be made for 2017 from 3rd January 2017 onwards.

Full payment for all bookings may be made at the time of booking. Alternatively, you can pay a non refundable deposit of £20 per room per night, and settle the balance on arrival. Please note that offers/discounts and special rates must be mentioned at the time of booking.
Booking and Cancellation Terms
We are a small establishment, with just three bedrooms, able to accommodate up to six people per night. This means that cancellations can have a big impact, both on us and on those whom we turn away in favour of someone who has already booked, and who may then cancel at the last minute.
We, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene, and we try to be as sympathetic and as flexible as possible in such cases. However for cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date of the booking we will expect a cancellation fee of 1 night's stay per room booked, or the deposit paid, whichever is the greater.
If you simply do not turn up, nor let us know that you are not coming, and we have confirmed the booking to you, either in writing, via email or in a text, then the full price of the booking will be payable.
Where possible and reasonable, however, we will always do our best to accommodate our guests' changing needs.
Normally people arrive between 16.00 - 18.00, please let us know in advance if you wish to arrive outside these times. Once you're checked in, you can, of course, come and go as you please.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
