Low season in 2013 is 9th January to 31st March and 1st October to 19th December. All prices include Full English Breakfast, or Continental Breakfast if preferred. Please mention special offers at the time of reservation. Special offers are not valid with other discounts.

To confirm your booking we request a non-refundable deposit of £10 per room per night. Please note that offers/discounts and special rates must be mentioned at the time of reservation.

Normally people arrive between 16.00 - 18.00 please let us know in advance if you wish to arrive outside these times.

Pickup and drop off from Barnard Castle can be arranged for those using public transport, also pickup and drop off to/from trail heads for walkers including Tan Hill, Bowes, Langden Beck, Dufton and Garrigill.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am. Sorry but pets are not allowed.
